Actor Franciosa Dies

Anthony Franciosa, who represented a certain swinging masculine ideal as a TV series star of the 1960s and 1970s, died Thursday in a Los Angeles hospital after suffering a stroke. He was 77. He was best know for his starring role in TV's "The Name of the Game" and he earned a Best Actor Oscar nomination for "Hatful of Rain."
