If New York's Finest have anything to say about it, Busta Rhymes would bust a move over to the nearest station and answer some questions about his bodyguard's slaying last week. New York Police Commissioner Ray Kelly is accusing the rapper of stonewalling investigators probing the shooting death of Rhymes' minder, Israel Ramirez, during a Feb. 5 video shoot in Brooklyn. Kelly says he may be forced to call for a grand jury investigation, which would compel Rhymes to testify under penalty of jail time.
