Like it or not, Tim Burton and Jim Carrey's "Believe It or Not" project has been put on hold. Paramount Pictures Chairman Brad Grey has sent the film, based on the adventures of newspaperman and oddities collector Robert Ripley, back to the drawing board due to its swelling budget, according to trade reports.
